Anna I am aware its 2012!! So all the people already on welfare dont deserve to have children then? Listen I dont care what this women does. I work have a home and my husband & I provide for our 2 girls. I don't have more children because I BELIEVE u shouldn't have more than u can afford. We could have more but we would work more and it would not b fair to the two we have. However I will not judge this women for wanting children. The doctor should help pay because it was irresponsible on his behalf as well.people make mistakes she needs to get a job and provide for her family. She has job offers and she should consider it. Again I am not agreeing with her decision but what is done is done

Anna I am not justifing her. I make good money and so do my friends. My child uses her manners. However a child that just has things given to them usually are very spoiled. U take a child that doest get all the time versus the other and the poorer child USUALLY has more respect for their belongings. I see all the time and growing upso parents buying their kids materialistic things or sending them or exotic vacations so they are not bothered with their children. I don't believe the children should be punished because of their mothers poor choices but what is done is done. And if she needs assistance then give it to her

And by the way Misty being poor and barely having enough to survive is not the only way to know the value of money. Other families i've known are middle class and have kids that have proven they know the value of money and are not spoiled brats. That her 'at least her kids know the value of money' and are 'not spoiled' are very poor excuses to justify this woman's actions.

To me it is far worse to force your kids to live in poverty because of your own stupidity and selfishness. Yes she does love them, but at the end of the day love doesn't pay the mortgage and the bills. If she really loved them Misty she would have given them up so they could have better lives than they do with her. By the way we are not 'back in the day' anymore Misty it's 2012. Maybe your grandparents had tons of kids they couldn't feed or clothe and they were fine, but not the people of this century.

People back in the day had more kids than they could afford and there children r fine. If anything they have more respect for others and learn the value of money since they know what it is like to go without. At least her children will not be spoiled brats. When u have ivf most of the times that many will not make it. Its not like she knew she was going to have 8 more children. At least she loves them.
