He didn't reveal everything and maybe they had a hard time catching up with him because of using alias names. I still felt bad for him though and wished somehow he could of stayed.I thought he was very gracious and mature when he was told he had to leave.
Honestly since he's committed crimes in his past they shouldn't have let him on the show in the first place! They should have found his records early on instead of later, because now Jermaine is unable to audition again, even with his super unique voice. It in itself is cruel. I don't blame the producers; although for the future, catch it early so they can try again next year!
