If he/ she is allowed to be in the pageant then that basically sets women back another 50 years. It's not about "human rights" it's about "man" and his overwhelming urge to constantly dominate everything. I can see it now, "And the award for best actress goes to.....a man!"

@Heather you speak as if you have such an inside knowledge of what God is capable of...and what he is not. What his inner thoughts and purposes are. Yet somehow you come off so very clueless. Right. The fact that she lied on the application is a problem.Sounds like this is a situation concerning behavior NOT How she entered this world. How is she living??? Living as a woman?? or trans.? Sounds like this would be the perfect media situation for a trans wanting to make a mark. In this case she should be disqualified.

Yes,he will be disqualified because they lie.and besides only born as woman should compete the Miss Universe.not a transequal gender
