Neither one, because i love them all. But i hope it would be somebody out there that who has the voice and also that is good with acting. I hope it will be a person that will also favor her and the movie have to be perfect. I wish that i can play whitney because i can sing like her forreal :-). I am big fan of Whitney! Maybe i don't have the biggest voice like her's but, i was in the choir like her and i love the lord.
I think T-Boz looks just like Whitney. I think it's more important that whoever plays her is more of an actor than a singer. I think we want to visually feel like we see Whitney; we can't get that from a Jordan Sparks, a Halle Berry, or a Mariah Carey. A Whitney movie requires the best performers and the best performance. Maybe it's too soon to consider casting. Come up with a good story, a good cast, and someone in her own age group, and do the woman's blessed and cursed life justice.
My vote would be for Angela Bassett. With the way she played Tina Turner, I think she could really rock as Whitney, certainly more than any of those named above, some of whom have bodies nothing like hers.
