"The time is ripe for us to launch throughout the country a systematic campaign against the present disgenic multiplication of the unfit. The public is beginning to realize that scientific, constructive philanthropy does not merely care for the diseased, the poor and the degenerated, but takes steps to prevent the birth of babies destined to be paupers, invalids, degenerates, or all three." writing to Lawrence B. Dunham, director of the Bureau of Social Hygiene, Nov. 5, 1930

How many of you silly people even know who and why this organization was even started? Umm maybe 1 or 2, listen to Mary do some research on Planned Parenthood and Margaret Sanger(the founder)! This organization was started by a nurse who believed in eugenics(n)- the study of or belief in the possibility of improving the qualities of the human species or human population, especially by such means as discouraging reproduction by persons having genetic defects or presumed to have inheritable undesirable traits or encouraging reproduction by persons presumed to have inheritable desirable traits! (This is the same kind of study done by hitler to the jews, his scientists started the study of eugenics and we all know they did such GREAT things to the Jewish people in Germany back in the early 40's.) They want to WEED out the "undesirables", excuse me, but who are they to say WHO the undesirables are?

"It is critical to underscore that the women we serve remain our priority" We are just choosing not to serve the poor.

If you all would read the article the funding was given to Planned Parenthood for breast screenings...not abortions. This is like saying that by giving to the Catholic Church you support child molestation.

Thank You so much Komen Foundation for deciding to use your money and influence to help women and to not fund death sentences on a woman's child.
