They obviously planned it bc they had the bong the drugs the lighter and the camera with them and none of the others were getting high. They knew that they could pressure her to do this and they probably planned it behind her back bc they wanted to make her look dumb so they could feel like better people (scum). I wouldn't think it would be her idea. It's bc she sometimes has a low self esteem. For ex she was mad that the paps took pics of her w/o her makeup on, but she always looks beautiful w/o makeup the problem was that she was talking in every picture and it made her look stupid not the lack of makeup proves she gets embarrassed about how she looks when she's beautiful. I have the same problem only a little worse. Question Why do dumb people think they are talking to Miley when this site is probably a website she would get irritated by and therefore will never see what anyone writes on here?
