@Vanessa, You have the ball in your court. You have forgiven before in a very public forum. Do Not continue to be disrespected, just to stay married to this habitual cheater. It seems to me that when he was accused of sexual assault after cheating years ago and had to stand trial,he would Never look into the direction of another woman again, but here we are right back to Kobe cheating again. Keep the money, and stop being a Kobe enabler. Can you continue to look at this man with clear eyes knowing that he has cheated on you more than once. I will offer some free advice ,as the custodial parent, take the settlement and get out of Dodge for your own sanity!!
