Happy 24th Birthday, Rihanna!

Rihanna celebrated her 24th birthday yesterday.

With over 25 million albums sold and nine #1 hits since 2005, the pride of Barbados is, in no uncertain terms, one of the most successful female recording artists ever.

She's also drastically altered her image in recent years, shedding a once-innocent appeal in favor of a harder, edgier, hyper-sexual persona ... which has only boosted sales.

It's as if Rihanna's message to the world is to say, in short, you can't keep this girl down, and she's gonna do whatever, no pain is forever ... yup, you know this. 

Whatever you think of the style chameleon personally - specifically her often-discussed relationship with Chris Brown, her musical success is undeniable - and she's not going anywhere anytime soon. Wish her a happy b-day in the comments below!
