I have no idea what it must be like to know that this dangerous man has escaped but she can't leave just like that because this little girl has to see his father but not alone she has to be with another person and her father and NOT in his home but in a very public place. But who is going to protect her and her child against the other two men that is what is scarey to me. What I want to know the one that escaped from the mental hospital how long ago did he escape?

Halle is using this stalker as an excuse to take the child away from the father. My ex was always looking for an excuse to do the same - sick, with no regard for the daughter's feelings. From Halle's first marriage to the pro baseball player dissolved because right after she married she would start screaming at him on a daily basis to using the sexist family courts to remove the daughter from the father (even tho he has shown to be a great dad) Halle's has got some narcissitic issues.
