They could do a story on, 'Freaky Fred'. From the novella, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner. I wish Stephanie Myer would write a bit more on that. But I guess you can't force it. A forced story just to make money isn't as good as a natural and imaginative story.
Well considering that the only "Cullen" that had their story told was Roselle and never went into Edwards, Carlisle, Esme, Jasper (partial story was told), and especially Alice- (considering in the book that James was truly after redemption for Alice- which was also never brought up!) And to the true Twilight fan these things explain more to who and why then the love story in it all
