Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are about to get all dolled up. Literally!

A source tells Us Weekly that Mattell will immortalize these sisters via an upcoming limited-edition Barbie line that "will reflect the girls' measurements and may even come in Kardashian-designed outfits."

We can only hope.

Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian

This makes sense for three reasons:

  1. Kim Tweeted over the holidays: "Merry Christmas Barbs! Long time no see! What did Ken get you for Christmas? Miss you doll!"
  2. Kim once posed like a Barbie doll.
  3. Kim has the personality of a Barbie doll.

The Lohan family members like to live on the edge.

Lindsay Lohan’s troubled father Michael has been in and out of the hospital, and his court-ordered rehab facility, since his two arrests in one week late last year.

“I don't know what God has in store for me, but it must be BIG. I should've been dead five times already,” Michael reflected of his numerous health woes.

When you collapse at an AA meeting, times are tough.

It's Michael Lohan

MiLo says he’s finally on the road to recovery, though.

“It’s by far the best treatment facility I have ever worked with or have been to,” he said about A New Day treatment center in North Palm Beach, Florida.

“A little longer and the blood clot would have taken me out.”

Separated from his four children over the holidays, Michael said his treatment is finally improving their relationship, especially with his eldest daughter.

“The whole thing has made me look at life differently and brought me and my entire family closer, including Lindsay," he said in a chat with Radar.

Michael was sentenced to 90 days in rehab and will be out in a few months to entertain us once again - hopefully in good health for years to come.

If Ron Paul was disappointed in last night's Iowa caucus results, it didn't show.

The Republican Congressman from Texas finished a strong third behind Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum, but certainly served notice that he's a factor in 2012.

Paul wanted some legitimacy and a bigger platform for his movement, and by securing over 20 percent in the first-in-the-nation caucuses, he's on his way.

On stage before a cheering crowd Tuesday, Paul said winning elections is the best way to promote a cause, and that he was one of three winners last night:

Claiming a ticket out of Iowa, Paul vowed to continue his fight, even as GOP rivals such as Newt Gingrich, Romney and Santorum dismiss him as unelectable.

Iowa voters thought otherwise, taking to Paul’s small-government, anti-war and pro-civil liberties message in enough numbers to lift him into the top tier.

Evangelicals, home schoolers, young people, moderates, libertarians and disaffected Democrats formed an unlikely coalition that led to his strong showing.

Can it be replicated or improved upon elsewhere? That's the key question.

Cover your eyes, Kristen Stewart. You do NOT want to see this.

A couple new photos from Bel Ami have been released, and they depict Robert Pattinson like millions of Twilight Saga fans never wanted him to be: kissing women that are not named Bella Swan. See for yourself:

  • Robert Pattinson in Bel Ami
  • Bel Ami Photo

Bel Ami comes out on March 2 and find Pattinson in the role of Georges Duroy, a man who rises to power in Paris by sleeping his way through rich, beautiful women. But at least he has good taste.

The females in question are played by Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman, Kristen Scott Thomas.

Check out the Bel Ami trailer and decide: Will you go see R. Patt in this role?

Hardly.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand clearly had their share of problems, but his craziness was not one of them, despite what certain reports would have you believe.

On the contrary: If anything, the 36-year-old Brand, who has been sober seven years, may have been too much of a homebody for social butterfly Katy, 28.

According to sources close to the couple, they tried to make it work, but were just too different and parted amicably. Sad, but nothing like this portrayal:

Katy Perry Us Cover

No clue why Us decided to trash Russell Brand, who (raunchy stand up comedy and Michele Bachmann crazy eyes aside) is really not that wild anymore.

Nor did he blindside her with the divorce, as the above cover says. Russell Brand filed for divorce instead of Katy because of her family's religious beliefs.

As for explosive fights, that's news to people close to the couple.

"I was shocked when I found out," a source told People. "I thought they would be together for a long time. Maybe not forever – but definitely not just 14 months."

"They were always laughing," the source went on to say. "They were very affectionate, always holding hands. They seemed like they were really in love."

Another source who spent time with Brand and Perry said that despite the split, they "took marriage very seriously ... these aren't people who give up."

Long and short: It just didn't work out. But that doesn't make it scandalous.

The GOP is coalescing around its perceived frontrunner in the presidential race.

John McCain, who battled bitterly with Mitt Romney for the Republican nomination four years ago, is endorsing him in advance of the 2012 New Hampshire primary.

Romney flew to New Hampshire Wednesday after his narrow Iowa caucus win to begin campaigning in the New England state, where he holds sizable leads in polls.

McCain and Romney

He was joined on stage today by McCain, who he called one of America's heroes and a great friend. McCain won the N.H. primary in 2000 and again in 2008.

Will McCain's endorsement help him lock up the nomination early?

Can the two-time candidate help Mitt fend off challengers Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum in the coming days and beyond? Does he even need it?

It can't hurt in New Hampshire, where he's clearly the man to beat, for better or worse. Here's Romney's speech to supporters last night in Iowa:

50 Cent is nothing if not self-ware.

Always a more complex individual than you might think, the star has grown morose lately, at least according to dispatches sent out over his Twitter account.

“I don’t think I’m gonna live much longer,” Fiddy told his nearly 5.5 million followers. Well, that doesn't sound uplifting. His rationale for such a statement?

50 Cent, Book

”I’m good if I die tonight," he said, although he went on to assure fans in a later tweet that he's alright: “To be conscious that life is short is not suicidal.”

Shortly before that, 50 had lamented, “I have lost all the faith in the team I’m on,” alluding to the troubles he and his label Interscope have been having.

“I have nothing left to say. I will not be promoting my music.”

That and Chelsea Handler reportedly shot him down. Brutal!

Of course, Mr. Cent, who “took 25 cent water and sold it for $2” as VitaminWater, does have a new entrepreneurial pursuit: his new six-hour energy drink, Street King!

Suck it, Five Hour Energy. And cheer up, 50.

Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum may have lost by eight votes to Mitt Romney last night, but was the clear winner of Iowa's first-in-the-nation caucus.

For Santorum, who has been toiling in the second or even third tier for months and months, to come to life and finish second, barely, is frankly astonishing.

It also means name recognition for the relative unknown, much of it positive (although some funny things come up if you Google Rick Santorum), and money.

How - and whether - he keeps it up will be a key to his success or failure going forward, and the honeymoon ends quickly with New Hampshire looming Tuesday.

In his quasi-victory speech last night, though, he was nothing if not optimistic, summing up his attitude in two words as the GOP campaign continues: Game on.

With ratings down last season, Dancing With the Stars is under the gun from ABC to live up to its name and land a buzz-worthy crop of contenders this spring.

J.R. Martinez, last season's winner, proved enormously popular - once he was cast on it. He was probably one of the least-known celebrities prior to the show.

ABC reportedly wants to change that and is willing to bust out big bucks to bag big names and generate serious buzz next go-around. One rumored target:

Taylor Armstrong Lips

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong!

"We would love to have the drama and emotion that Taylor Armstrong would bring to the show," said an insider, adding that they are also looking to balance that out.

"The lovability that Regis Philbin has given audiences for decades" makes the retired talk show host a perfect fit, as does “ABC's wonderful relationship with Regis."

In the last few weeks and months since the show has ended, the reality competition reached out to Kendall and Kylie Jenner and various Republican candidates.

Michele Bachmann on Dancing With the Stars? Now that'd be something. She's got a lot more free time after quitting the presidential rate too. Just saying!
