Las Vegas was the place to be for celebrities on Saturday night, as scores of famous people popped champagne and toasted to 2012 in Sin City.

Among them: Kim Kardashian, our reluctant Celebrity of the Year, and Fergie. The former hosted her very own party at nightclub TAO (i.e. she stood around on the red carpet and posed for photos), while the latter attended a bash at 1 Oak with husband Josh Duhamel.

    Kim looks better she has the better body and a prettier face than fergie. Fergie is really pretty too but not as much as Kim.

    omg...of course kim looks better i like both of these girls but come on frgis face loos ugly and kim might be wearing fake hair but at least she can pull it off...........fergie just looks ugly ppl just hate on her and r extrimly jelous of her kim has a 100% better body than fergie and looks way better in this piic than fergie that dress just makes fergie look old, flat and ugly.......kim looks hot!!!
