Mark Wahlberg Claims He Could've Fended Off 9/11 Hijackers

We don't mean that to suggest that we wish Mark were dead - that's precisely the point! In an interview with Men's Journal, the Contraband star claims that if he were on board that fateful day, the storyline would've been much different.
"If I was on that plane with my kids, it wouldn't have went down like it did," he says.
He's not speaking metaphorically, he's apparently serious. Mark adds:
"There would have been a lot of blood in that first-class cabin and then me saying, 'OK, we're going to land this somewhere safely, don't worry.'"
Presumably, he's kidding. He can't think he would have been able to fight off multiple hijackers and land a plane single-handedly. We hope. But the question remains.
Is this kind of boast insulting to the dead passengers and their families?
Especially those on Flight 93, who basically died to protect others?

Ok so 1st off to the IDIOT who said 9/11 was a fraud...u must be some special kind of ass hole. 2nd what Mark said was definitly NOT offencive...he was stating an opinion people need to relize that. Maybe it woul have been different no one knows.

911 is a fraud so the premise in true theory is off.. Those where remote controlled planes and then bombs in a controlled demolition brought down the towers fear secret societies
What he said I feel was just fine. He was making a point that if he would have been on that plane, that he would have busted some a** and things would have ended differently. I don't believe that its being disrespectful to anyone I don't believe that was his intentions at all. God bless those families and people who went through that I can't imagine what they went through and I am truly sorry for that. But you never know what would have happened if he was there. Not trying to make his head big but hey he might have saved some lives. Only God knows what would have happened. I think this is being blown a bit out of proportion.
