First of all there is something called the Privacy act regarding everyones medical history. If Paula Deen did not want to share her condition with anyone it is no ones business but her own. I haven't seen Paula holding a gun to anyone's head making them cook or eat her food. There is something called free will in the United States so if you don't want to use Paula's recipes don't then. As for Anthony Bourdain, until you release your medical records regarding what sexually transmitted diseases you have contracted I would say leave Paula Deen alone.
