Terrence Howard Accused of Beating, Threatening to Kill Estranged Wife Michelle
Terrence Howard's estranged wife, Michelle Howard, was granted a restraining order against the actor this morning, saying beats and threatens to kill her.
Michelle filed court documents claiming Terrence began making threats and beating her up just seven days after the couple got married in January 2010.
She filed for divorce in February 2011. He denies any of this.
In the documents, Michelle claims Howard "slugged me across my face and neck" and threatened to throw her off a balcony, and that the actor also ...
- Said, "If you tell anyone about my business, I'll kill you and no one will ever know."
- Smacked her in the face, chipping her tooth with his wedding ring.
- Yelled, "B!tch, walk home. That's my car, I pay for it."
- Said, "I'll hit a woman quicker than I'd hit a man."
- Threw her to the ground in a parking lot.
Howard denies he ever threatened Michelle, who he accuses of trying to "release private materials to 3rd parties for her own personal financial gain."
The material in question: A video of Terrence Howard nude, singing in the shower. Obviously. That would fetch MILLIONS on the market tomorrow.
In any case, an L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Michelle a temporary restraining order preventing Howard from going near or contacting her.

I LOVE Terrence Howard. He is a fantastic actor, well dressed, well spoken and just beautiful to look at. I can NEVER get enough. He makes me laugh, he makes me cry, and we will only be seeing more of him. As far as his personal/private situation, we will never know the truth and really do not need to know. Just know he is a fantastic actor who I am glad is in the profession he is in.

@ Alisaints45. Everyone staying within their own race does not change the fact that domestic violence also happens between 'one's own race'. As a matter of fact, domestic violence usually happens within one's own race. And one's own race is usually where domestic violence begins. Which is also the fact in the victim of domestic violence case. If she was raised around domestic violence, 9 times out of 10 she will attract those kinds of behavior in men. Or she may alienate herself from men altogether because she is afraid of being hurt. And therefore, she will not have much of a life.
I witness that fact myself firsthand. I was raised around that BS until I was on my own. Domestic violence has nothing to do with race. If Howard has those tendencies, he would have beat the crap out of her regardless of what her race is. So that staying within 'one's own race' crap is not going to fly.
Also, and for future reference, black people in America are not considered racist, because the ins

If any of this is true, the guilty party should be hung.

EVERYONE SHOULD STAY WITH THEIR OWN RACE. END OF PROBLEM, END OF STORY. AND FOR THE RECORD, BLACKS ARE AS RACIST AS WHITES.

Two points I'd like to make, for the first T.Howard is biracial himself. Any attack against either race is a insult to himself. The next thing I'd like to say is the person who suggest you give your life to
God is exactly right from the very beginning. The wisdom that you get from God would help you make better decisions. Take your time when looking for a mate. When all else fails, mothers teach your daughters not to be weak. Teach them how to take broom and whip that man's butt when he is sleep and dare him to ever touch her again. Let him know, if you hit me, I willllll get you back and you might not get up. What difference does it make? He is beating and threatening you any way. Don't ever live in fear. The best way to stop a bully is to stand up to him. I am the mother of 2 sons and they better not ever mistreat a woman. I will be on her side. I am tired of women being afraid. As for the Howard story, the jury is still out for me.

If any of this is true..... That's pretty fuuucked up. Terrance Howard has always carried himself as a good man. As if he's getting all violent, let alone beating on his wife--- So Fooooul.
I've always been a fan of his actting skills...... Damn shame for his apparent behaviour.
Meh, like they always say "you think you know a person, but you truly don't".....

Domestic violence crosses all races, genders, ages, and economic groups. What was once considered merely a family matter, has now had new laws put in place to protect victims and penalize the perpetrators. Victims now have shelters to turn to and there is counseling available for both parties. When I was a victim of spousal abuse by my 80's pop star husband, the LAPD simply told me to "shoot him."
