The X Factor Results: Who Got the Boot? Who Whined Like a Baby?

Stacy Francis was eliminated from The X Factor tonight. But that wasn't the story.

Due to a polarizing performance that was anything but rock 'n roll, young Astro (aka Brian Bradley) also found himself in the bottom two - and after being informed of this news, he initially refused to perform for the judges!

"I don't want to perform for people who don't want me here," Astro said to boos from the crow.

The petulant child needed to be told by mentor L.A. Reid that he needed to sing/rap for his X Factor life before he actually did so... and then he proceeded to sulk his way through a rendition of "Never Say Goodbye."

Still, because this now creates buzz and much-needed drama for a show still struggling in the ratings, the judges voted to send Francis home and keep Astro around. Simon Cowell did give him a nice scolding at least. It was disgraceful all around.

    I WOULD NEVER,EVER WATCH THE X-FACTOR AGAIN. THE SHOW IS OVER RATED WITH JUDGES THAT CANNOT CHEW GUM AND WALK A STRIGHT LINE. LL REID IS A JERK THAT THINKS HIS S@@T DOESN'T STINK. PAULA AND THAT IDIOT SITTING NEXT TO HER IS A BAFOON. SIMON NEEDS A MENTOR TO TEACH HIM HOW TO DRESS. ALL THE JUDGES NEED TO BE REPLACED. THIS SHOW IS 1-10 A 1. AMERICAN IDOL HAS NOTHING TO FEAR FROM THEM. AMERICAN IDOL HAS BETTER TALENT AND BETTER JUDGES THAT SAY THE TRUTH. LL REID SAYS I HAVE TO GO WITH MY MAN MARCUE. THATS BS. MARCUS STUNK.

    WHAT WAS PAULA THINKING BY LETTING DREW GO SHE SHOULD HAVE MADE IS A DEAD LOCK AND THE ONE WITH THE LOWEST VOTES BY THE PUBLIC WOULD HAVE MADE THE JUDGEMENT IN MY OPINION DREW WAS BY FAR BETTER BUT THEN I HOPE MELANIE TAKES IT ALL FRAN FROM NEW JERSEY

    I was disappointed with Simon Dec. 1st. He can dish it out but cannot take it. All of the contestants in the last few weeks are very professional and very good. Simon you need to behave yourself, these kids are very young and can be hurt by some of the things that are said .

    Everyone has his or her style of singing, but come on leaving Astro in and getting rid of Leroy was one of the biggest mistakes. To me there are only two that should be in the finals and that is Rachael and Melanie. Come on folks listen, I mean really listen to Melanie, she has a talent beyond her years, she sings from the heart and I believe she mature enough to handle the future in music. I cant see Rachael being ready. I believe she will someday.

    Either Josh or Melanie should win because they have the best voices. Chris is monotonous and has no voice. Drew is boring and sounds like she's yodeling. Marcus has a good voice but has made some bad song choices. Rachel is too precocious and makes me uncomfortable. She's so ambitious that she should have been in the over 30 group. And Astro raps well, but rap is not poetry. It's simply rhyming. There's no emotional content. Also, I can't make out a word he says which is true with all rappers I've heard. He will find work after this show, but fame, his ego and his attitude will ruin him as a person. He's too young to handle the responsibilities of success.
