Over three million people tuned in for this week's season two premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take New York. Among them? Kris Humphries. And a friend tells Radar Online that the NBA free agent did not like what he witnessed.

"It's just not a true depiction about what was actually going on between Kim and Kris," the insider says.

For example, Kris did not just up and leave for Minnesota, as the episode implied.

Kim was "nagging Kris about working," this mole says. "There was nothing he could do about the NBA lockout. He was working out, and getting ready for the upcoming season, and he is a free agent. It was actually Kim's idea that Kris go back to Minnesota to train and give them some distance."

Dr. Conrad Murray was sentenced to four years behind bars today, the longest possible prison term for involuntary manslaughter. Needless to say, Michael Jackson's family is adamant that he deserves every day of that sentence, and then some.

His mother, Katherine Jackson, made that abundantly clear in recent weeks.

In Murray's official Probation Report, Katherine lashes out at Murray for his documentary, in which he lays blame on Michael and denies any wrongdoing.

Katherine feels Murray's four-year sentence is "insufficient."

The report says, "During filming, he repeatedly stated that he did nothing wrong. Ms. Jackson feels this adds insult to injury, and shows he is clearly not remorseful."

The Jackson family matriarch also says she's "deeply insulted" that on the anniversary of Michael's death, Murray arranged to be photographed at the cemetery.

Michael's parents, siblings and children issued a joint statement begging Judge Michael Pastor to make Conrad Murray pay for his crime, which he did today.

At the same time, the family insists revenge is not their motive.

Remember Tracy Morgan's homophobic rant earlier this year? No?

Well T.I. does, and he thinks it was hilarious! The rapper brought the scandal back to life when he told Vibe that Morgan's anti-gay jokes were the funniest of all time.

The comments have Morgan toeing a fine line between staying under the radar and distancing himself from T.I., who's reveled in "the funniest jokes I ever heard."

T.I. then ignited even more controversy. Not only does he find the anti-gay humor funny, he suggested that the backlash against Morgan's stand-up is un-American.

"They're like, 'If you have an opinion against us, we're gonna shut you down,'" T.I. told Vibe. "That's not American. If you're gay you should have the right to be gay in peace."

"If you're against it, you should also have the right to be against it in peace."

The rapper, who was recently freed from jail, later walked that last part back somewhat, saying that gays are not anti-American, but the actions of a select few are.

“I believe you have the right to do whatever you want to do as long as you're not hurting anyone. I was quoted correctly, but I was taken out of context,” he said.

He says the U.S.A. is an "institution built around allowing us to speak peacefully and respectfully in opposition of any point or any topic that comes up,” T.I. added.

He went on to add that he's not even against same-sex marriage, and that members of the African-American community acts in the same, oversensitive way as well.

Fair enough, but is what Morgan said, which was borderline hateful, really peaceful or respectful? And would T.I. react the same way to N-word-laden rants? Just curious.

Thoughts on T.I.'s comments?

Amid a flurry of salacious allegations, GOP Presidential candidate Herman Cain is thinking seriously about becoming former GOP Presidential candidate Herman Cain.

All before a single vote has been cast in the race, no less.

The Georgia businessman told his staff this morning that he's "reassessing" his bid for the White House after yet another female accuser - Ginger White - came forward with accusations against him, specifically that they had a 13-YEAR affair.

The Iowa caucuses are scheduled for January 3. While he no longer has frontrunner status, polling indicates Cain could still be competitive in Iowa.

Cain has denied the affair allegations in public and did so again during the conference call, but told his staff, "Obviously, this is cause for reassessment."

Before Ginger White, four other women accused Cain of sexual harassment during his tenure as head of the National Restaurant Association in the '90s.

He refuted those claims as well, but acknowledged that with White, he says, "we have to reassess whether or not this is going to create too much of a cloud, in some people’s minds, as to whether or not they would be able to support us going forth."

Cain admits he knows White, but had only been trying to help her out financially ... as a friend. No word if Gloria Cain will back him up on that one.

He may not have gotten publicly married and then quickly divorced; and the tabloids may not conjure up new stories every week about how he might steal back his famous ex; but Justin Bieber still reigned supreme in 2011.

At least for those who wished to Bing and Decide.

Sandra Bullock, Tiger Woods, Michael Jackson, Jesse James, Kate Gosselin and Barack Obama were all ranked in the top 10 a year ago, but folks apparently stopped caring about cheating husbands; spoiled reality stars; and the leader of the free world in 2011. Here's a look at this year's 10 most searched-for individuals:

  1. Justin Bieber
  2. Kim Kardashian
  3. Jennifer Aniston
  4. Lindsay Lohan
  5. Jennifer Lopez
  6. Britney Spears
  7. Katy Perry
  8. Megan Fox
  9. Lady Gaga
  10. Miley Cyrus

Teen Mom 2 wreck Jenelle Evans appeared in a North Carolina courtroom this morning and admitted that she tested positive in a drug test in July.

The 21-year-old, who has been in and out of trouble with the law, told a judge that she did indeed fail the drug test, as reported, back on July 15.

She has been tested every week since then, however, and hasn't had another positive test ... which is actually a fairly impressive feat for Jenelle.

“Jenelle is doing really well,” her lawyer Dustin Sullivan said after today's hearing. “She completed her parenting class and her anger management class.”

She does not have custody of her young son Jace back yet, but when she's not beating the crap out of other girls, she spends time with the tyke daily.

After a wildly successful stint in a California rehab center, Jenelle tested positive for THC (found in marijuana) and she will remain on probation until April.

Her trials and tribulations can be seen on MTV starting next Tuesday when the show that made her a star returns. Watch the Teen Mom Season 2 trailer!
