Weed the lips of Miley Cyrus: this singer really enjoys smoking pot.

At her 19th birthday party last week, Miley was presented with a Bob Marley cake and told the crowd: "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f-cking weed!"

Kelly Osbourne, who was on stage with her pal, then grabbed the mic and - referring to THIS VIDEO from last year - joked with Cyrus: "I thought salvia was your problem!"

Meanwhile, the night of her birthday, Miley made news for another video: she posted a tribute to those involved in the Occupy Wall Street movement.

No word yet from Miley's camp regarding the words about weed, but Osbourne has taken to her Twitter posted this less-than-convincing defense: "u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think."

Prince William is kind of the man.

Not only is he rich, famous, intelligent, married to a lovely young woman and the heir to the British throne, he's an accomplished pilot in the UK's armed forces - as evidenced during a daring rescue mission he took part in this morning.

William helped save the lives of Russian seamen whose cargo vessel sank into the Irish Sea off the coast of North Wales early today, according to various reports.

Known simply as Flight Lt. William Wales in the Royal Air Force, he was co-pilot in a four-man rescue helicopter crew that responded to a mayday call around 2 a.m.

At that point, the vessel Swanland's hull apparently cracked in bad weather.

He and fellow military servicemen saved two men, airlifting them to safety at William's base on the Welsh island of Anglesey, where he lives with Kate Middleton.

The body of one of Swanland's crew has been recovered; five are still missing.

"We know at least some of [the missing] are wearing immersion suits and have strobe lighting with them," Jim Green, a coast guard spokesman, said Sunday. "However, sea conditions are challenging at best."

Last year at this time, Demi Lovato was in treatment for a number of personal issues.

Therefore, following a 2011 that has seen the singer re-establish herself professionally and recover personally, Lovato has plenty to be thankful for this holiday season.

"I could not have done this without God and the amazing support from my family," Demi writes in her monthly Seventeen column. "They have stuck by me through everything and love me just the way that I am. That is a wonderful feeling to know that people accept the real you."

Lovato is currently on tour, promoting the album "Unbreakable" (watch her rendition of "Moves Like Jagger" HERE!), and says she's "thankful for my life path, including the highs and the lows, because it has caused my true self to shine through," adding:

"Going to treatment was a gift and I believe it saved my life. I learned how to be strong and healthy even through struggles. It also helped me open up about my issues and share them with others. Knowing that my family, friends and fans accept me for who I am is the greatest feeling ever!"

Amen, Demi. We wish you continued health and happiness.

Filming on The Dark Knight Rises has come to an end and, with it, so has the portrayal of this iconic super hero by Christian Bale.

"I wrapped a few days ago so that will be the last time I'm taking that [Batman hood] off," the actor star told the Philippine Daily Inquirer this week. "I believe that the whole production wrapped yesterday, so it's all done. Everything's finished. It's me and [director Christopher Nolan] - that will be the end of that Batman era."

Bale and Nolan first teamed up in 2005 on Batman Begins, a critically-acclaimed installment of the franchise that earned $372 million across the globe. The Dark Knight then broke the $1 billion barrier and earned Heath Ledger a posthumous Oscar.

The Dark Knight Rises, meanwhile, hits theaters on July 20, 2012 and also stars Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman. We have a feeling it will do rather well at the box office.

Let the J.R. Martinez victory tour begin.

Dancing With the Stars champion J.R. Martinez received an invitation from U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta to visit the Pentagon and meet Panetta in person.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Panetta's respect for J.R., an Iraq War veteran, motivational speaker and actor, was displayed in a congratulatory note:

J.R. and Karina Smirnoff won the ABC competition Monday.

"Your strength and spirit have captivated the nation, and your victory sends a strong message about the strength and resilience of our wounded warriors."

The Defense Secretary then personally called J.R. to invite him to meet in person. J.R. Martinez will address thousands of active and retired troops while in D.C.

It seems everyone wants a piece of the man. Along with his journey to the Pentagon, Martinez has been named the Grand Marshal of the 2012 Rose Parade. 

The annual extravaganza takes place New Year's Day. Not only that, the 28-year-old will co-host the pre-show of CNN's Heroes: An All-Star Tribute.

If you're looking for a true inspiration, you could do a lot worse.

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada has been convinced to come back for another season. She's so darn valuable, she was given an insane deal she couldn't pass up.

Evelyn was prepared to leave the VH1 "hit" before its fourth season, but she was given a package that allows her to work less, earn more, and get her own spinoff.

Even a Basketball Wives cast member isn't dumb enough to reject that.

Earlier this fall, Evelyn had made up her mind that she was done with the show after a VH1 blog post suggested she cheated on her fiance, NFL star Chad Ochocinco.

(Cheated with Terrell Owens, to be exact).

However, once Evelyn Lozada let producers know she was out, they really made a push to keep her. Guess you gotta go all out to keep your prized "talent" in house.

Her new deal requires her to film half as often, with the flexibility to work around her daughter's school schedule and Chad's NFL games, all while getting a big raise.

The icing on the cake? The network promised to spin off Evelyn and Chad into their own show, documenting the months leading up to their wedding. Hallelujah.

An official agreement must still be reached, but it's safe to celebrate, NBA fans: the lockout is over!

Commissioner David Stern and Player's Association leader Billy Hunter appeared at a joint press conference last night and announced that a tentative agreement had been reached, the results of which mean the following: training camps and free agency will begin on December 9. A 66-game season will kick off on Christmas Day.

What is the celebrity gossip spin to all this? Kris Humphries is a free agent, of course. Where will Kim's reality TV co-star play ball next season?!?

The bruising power forward averaged a double-double in 2010-2011, growing into one of the few bright spots for the New Jersey Nets. That team may attempt to re-sign him, but its priority will be locking up point guard Deron Williams to a long-term deal.

With no hard cap in place, the Knicks will have the deep pockets to a lure a few key free agents, and we all know how much Kris has embraced the big market lifestyle.

Lindsay Lohan is killing it at morgue duty. Seriously, inappropriate puns aside, the troubled star is slaying expectations and then some up in that piece.

Maybe structure's what she needs, as TMZ notes, because Lindsay's easily on pace to finish her court-ordered stints at the morgue on time for once.

Not only that, she's ahead of schedule - way ahead.

Lohan has already completed 10 of her 12 required morgue duty shifts, an impressive feat considering that she still has another three weeks to do so.

And this go-getter isn't about to stop there. Lindsay plans to finish the remaining two shifts ASAP to get a jump on her other community service too.

That way, at her December 14 status hearing, Linds will be able to say that not only is she abiding by the judge's ruling, but going above and beyond.

Also, Lindsay has built a nice reputation at the morgue, acting polite, working hard, never complaining and (after that first day) showing up on time.

She's got plenty of motivation to keep it up. LiLo got off easy with a mere four hours in jail this month, but if she messes up again, 270 days loom.

Former Dancing with the Stars contender Chaz Bono isn't fading from the reality TV sunset just yet. He's starring on his own show premiering tomorrow night!

That's right, Cher's son is letting the cameras in on his life again for Oprah Winfrey's OWN series Being Chaz. The big event scheduled to air on the premiere?

His proposal to longtime girlfriend (and now fiancee) Jennifer Elia!

According to People, Chaz proposes in a "special" way by not overtly popping the question, but rather prefacing the big moment as a "birthday present."

Jennifer Ella's reaction to the ring is almost speechless: "Wow. It's gorgeous. Thank you so much, it's stunning. It's huge!" Followed by "heavy sh!t man!"

Indeed.

The series, which premieres Sunday, follows the Emmy-nominated Becoming Chaz, the documentary detailing Chaz's transition from woman to man.
