Kris Humphries to Sue the Kardashians?!?

A new tabloid report describes Kris Humphries as the Husband from Hell. But that's nothing compared to how this basketball player will be come across on season two of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, sources say.

The former Mr. Kim Kardashian is allegedly contemplating a $10 million lawsuit against his ex-in-laws because "his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York is bigger than he was told," an insider tells Life & Style. "Kris is also suing because he's really worried about how badly he's going to be portrayed on the series."

Specifically, viewers will reportedly see Humphries giving Kim's BFF, Jonathan Cheban, a hard time over his mannerisms and his attitude.

"Kris used the word 'gay' as an insult, to try and hurt Jonathan," an E! insider claims. "He's the lowest of the low, bullying someone like this."

But it's all fake, William Humphries says. Those scenes were all scripted. His son has retained attorney Lee Hutton III and is aiming to prevent his derogatory remarks from making the air.

"Little did Kris know that he was being set up," says the elder Humphries to the magazine. "Kris got used -100 percent used." 

And he's 100 percent more known and more of a spokesperson now than before marrying Kim. The guy has has it rough.
