Um yea we all know how truthful the Lohans are and Dina always does what is best for her children...btw that was sarcasm. That girl looks a hot mess on that magazine cover and that's after the airbrushing! I hope someone intervenes and gets her to see that this is neither healthy nor glamourous.

For some reason, Hollywood's version of "plastic surgery" is different than everyone else's. I remember hearing a report on one of those entertainment shows, talking about a star who says she's never had plastic surgery, but admits to botox, jaw reshaping, and a nose job only! I mean, THAT'S PLATIC SURGERY!

Well if she claims that she never had plastic surgery than I suggest she goes and get some done because her face aint something good to look at. She would probably make onions cry!!!! Hehehe
