She does a great job, but her mom could have easily just switched the inappropriate words out for ones that were more kid friendly and the little girl wouldn't have known the difference.
I think she's GREAT!! I guarantee that she is doing something way better than what most kids are doing these days! So many children are sitting on the couch playing those horrible blood & guts video games.
