Sinead O’Connor showed off her new look last night at the 2011 amfAR Insipiration Gala at West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont, and save for the giant new tattoo in the middle of her chest, looked a lot like the Sinead O'Connor of old!

A stark contrast with her appearance this summer, anyway.

Sinead's Twitter rants about her non-existent sex life and asking for advice on how to take her own life have made headlines of late ... maklng the tattoo the most normal thing she's done in awhile. Check it out and vote on her best look below:

    Um, she really doesn't sport the bald look so much anymore. She keeps it very short, much like a pixie these days.
