@ claudine...they are NOT saying he intentionally killed him..umm have you not been keeping up with the case?? He's charged with INVOLUNTARY manslaughter. The meaning of that is self explanitory. It's beyond obvious that he was negligent and somehow he thought he didn't have to be CAREFUL with my MJ a patient who btw was being given an anesthetic that is not used as a sleep aid and is ONLY administered in hospitals. And Murray didn't have to necessarily be around MJ 24/7, he should had nurses look after him when HE couldn't. That's what they do in hospitals...since he obviously thought of MJs house as being a hospital. I hope a verdict as reached soon and for those who like me have been keeping up with the case...we all know what the verdict should be, and the court should know also.

The scenario that is offered of Jackson infusing by Iv push within the same hour that that the dr had given meds seems so obvious as to how he died so suddenly. and that a normal amount and more of cpr did not revive him tells me that m j pushed propofol in too fast and THAT had made his resp and heart unable to cope =its like he put into himself a rapd deep anesthtic and I dont think any thing would have helped because the cpr breathing and cardiac didnt work but was obviously good,, have you seen the size of that dr.. his chest compressions where working so AQUIT
