Report: Ramona Singer Pushed Jill Zarin Out of RHONYC
by Hilton Hater at .Jill Zarin is no longer a Real Housewife of New York City. She sounds okay about this development, but her mood may change after reading the following rumor:
Sources tell Us Weekly that Ramona Singer played a significant role in ousting her rival from the series, actually going to Bravo "with a few pals she thought would make good additions."
The network proceeded to heed this advice - reportedly hiring Heather Thomson, Carole Radziwill and Aviva Drescher in place of Zarin, Alex McCord and Kelly Bensimon - meaning Singer "basically ran [Zarin] off the show," the insider says.
Ramona doesn't really deny talking to producers. She told the tabloid:
"We can recommend people to come to the show, but it's not my decision."

What has Mario become Housewife number 7?this season? OR is ramona trying to prove that their marriage is PERFECT
Really, for so many ladies (?) to consider themselves the "Real Housewives of NYC", one would think they would mind their p and Q's (Look it up). Where are the urbane sophisticates? One might also surmise with the combined education,to include socioeconomic status, they would not have pronoun/antecedent, subject/verb, or prepositional phrase problems within their dialog.
And for Kelly...what a head case. No words are needed. Glad to see her go.
I LOVE Ramona--she feisty and may act abruptly; however, sick and tired of Jill Zarin and her righteous, know it all, spoiled attitude. Glad to see Jill go. No one cares--really. Ramona is entrepreneurial and I admire her and all that she does. She sets a good example for all women. So what if she has Pinot and likes to have fun with the girls occasionally. She is hard working mother and wife. I liked Alex. She was a newer, modern and breath of fresh air housewife. Too bad, the likes of Jill and the Countess made sure they bullied her off. I am disappointed in Luann. Probably too much of a 'Class' differential for Luann.
If Ramona is a bitchy and drunk as last season, I won't be watching.
