Rob Kardashian is in it to win it.

Thought by many, including this website, to be one of the weaker celebrities on Dancing With the Stars this fall, he's going strong after two weeks.

After Rob danced the jive on Monday, Carrie Ann Inaba proclaimed that Rob is better than Kim Kardashian at dancing. He could have quit right there.

Turns out he's just getting started.

Rumored to be an aloof slacker and only doing DWTS because his mom made him, Rob is practicing harder than ever, working out more in the gym AFTER rehearsals, and even bringing partner Cheryl Burke lunch every day.

Looks like someone's trying to prove a point.

Who will win DWTS? Vote in our poll below:

Adam Lambert loves his fashion.

So much so that the former American Idol finalist has taken a controversial stance on John Galliano, the former chief designer by House of Dior who declared in February that he loves Hitler and was found guilty of hate speech in a French courtroom earlier this month.

  • Adam Lambert for Equality
  • Arriving to Court

The singer took to Twitter yesterday and referred to Galliano as a "BRILLIANT designer," adding that he "screwed up and said offensive things. When can we forgive him and move on? LOVE his clothes. And I'm a born Jew!"

When a follower questioned Adam's logic - just because someone has a skill you appreciate means he or she can say or do whatever he or she pleases? - Lambert replied: not at all… But just cuz he's (was) an asshole, that means I can't wear his gorgeous clothes? #policalcorrectnessquestions

Where do you stand, folks? Should the public forgive Galliano?

Sarah Palin says she didn't mean to insult Herm Cain ... Herb Cain ... Herman Cain ... aww shucks, whatever his name is in an interview on Fox News this week.

When she called the presidential candidate "the flavor of the week," Palin was criticized by supporters of the Georgia businessman and Republicans in general.

Well, Palin took the time to clarify that, saying she wasn't suggesting that Cain was about to fade, but merely commenting on her arch-nemesis, the press:

  • Herman Cain Picture
  • Sarah Pic

"What the media tends to do is propel this flavor of the week ... I am not saying that Herman Cain is the flavor of the week. I’m one of his biggest fans and I would never dismiss him or speak negatively about him."

"I’m saying the media always has to gin up some controversy and intrigue so viewers tune in and there’s a lot of competition in the media world in this quasi-reality show it seems that’s being created in the GOP primary."

"It’s just the nature of the beast right now and I think anybody would hard-pressed to argue against what I observed," Palin explained.

That's actually a fair point. But it's still funny because:

  1. Sarah Palin has actually been on a reality show.
  2. She profits from 24/7 media coverage, exploiting it to remain in the spotlight long after she lost any relevance and despite having no plans to run for office.

There's no sophomore slump here.

Following the enormous success of "Rolling in the Deep," Adele has been performing "Someone Like You" at concerts and award ceremonies all summer long. It's a beautiful, simple ballad, featuring the kind of lyrical ability and raw emotion that few other artists could even attempt to pull off.

And now it has its own official music video! Watch Adele stroll through the streets of Paris below, sullen, alone and engrossing:

Casey Anthony may already be America's most hated person, but the public may see an even more controversial side of the infamous Florida resident.

A media group is arguing for the release of a jailhouse video of Casey watching TV news reports indicating police found human remains in the woods.

Those remains turned out to be her missing daughter, 2-year-old Caylee.

Her reaction - doubled over, hyperventilating, asking for a sedative is striking, however, because the remains had not yet been identified as Caylee.

The tape was sealed by a judge in 2009, after he said it would be too inflammatory and prejudicial to a jury. It was never played at her murder trial.

Now that the trial is over - and Casey Anthony has been acquitted of murder - several media outlets believe the video should become public record.

Judge Belvin Perry is expected to rule on the matter this week.

Meanwhile, the 25-year-old Anthony - reportedly broke, reviled and alone since her acquittal - is doing "well" in therapy, according to a close source: "She hopes she will someday redeem herself and live a productive life." Good luck with that.

The hard times of the NBA lockout continue for unemployed ballers.

Indefinitely barred from signing with a team due to the league's labor dispute, unrestricted free agent guard Delonte West picked up another job at Regency Furniture Showrooms, a furniture chain in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Yes, we're serious. West also posted a series of pics on his Twitter.

Regency sells "living room, dining room, kitchen, office and bedroom furniture, along with mattress and accessories," according to its official website.

In August, West tweeted that he was applying for a job at Home Depot. West also told TrueHoop's Adam Reisinger in August he applied to Sam's Club.

On his application, West checked "Yes" when asked if he had ever been convicted of a crime. For the explanation, he cited simply "Misunderstanding."

West was arrested on September 2009, after police found guns in a guitar case on his three-wheeled motorcycle. West pleaded guilty in July 2010.

The seven-year NBA veteran has scored 9.7 points and dished out 3.7 assists per game career. He also may have scored with LeBron's mom in '10.

New York is the city that never sleeps, and Upper West Side native Lady Gaga will release an ode to NYC, "Marry the Night," as her newest single very shortly.

The fifth single from Born This Way, the synth-heavy track is dance friendly (far more than "Edge of Glory" or "You and I," conjuring up memories of The Fame.

Take a listen to "Marry the Night" here if you haven't heard it.

“I wrote so many songs on this album about New York, but one in particular ‘Marry the Night,’ that record is about my husband, New York,” Gaga told MTV.

Even when she’s off touring the world in her outfits, dancing and performing her tail off night in and night out, she'll always be a New Yorker at heart.

Safe to say, NYC’s wife has done the greatest city in the world proud.

If you thought last week's display of Snooki's kooka would turn the men of Jersey Shore away forever, you thought wrong. Apparently it did the opposite.

Seriously, what is it about this girl? After her antics caused a rift with Jionni (at least temporarily), TWO of the roommates immediately make their move?

Baffling. As is the concept of Deena raising a child. When she missed her period, let's just say all of humanity was hoping for a false alarm. Did we get it?

As always, we break down all of the top Jersey Shore quotes and moments for you as we analyze Thursday's gripping installment, THG +/- recap style!

Getting. It. In.

Snooki dances away the pain alone at the bar. Fortunately, no straight vagine. Plus 7.

Forced to pretend she has a job, Deena cleans the bathrooms at work. Pretty gross, we have to say. The bathrooms look respectable, however. Plus 4.

JWoww apologizes to Snooki for blowing her off, but soon enough, warns Snooki to not act like Sammi over Jionni. Sage advice from our girl J. Plus 5.

Plus 12 for Sam telling JWoww that she'd prefer to be mocked as "the old Sam" because Sam 2.0 is so much better at relationships. Self-deprecating!

Ronnie and Sammi actually do seem stable lately. Relatively. Plus 5.

Michael Jackson's security guard Alberto Alvarez testified in Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial today, recalling that fateful day in 2009.

Alvarez was the one who called 911 after Jackson's vital signs fell. The 911 call is included below. But his testimony delved into much more than that.

Murray asked Alberto Alvarez to remove several vials of Propofol before he called an ambulance on June 25, 2009, according to the witness' tesitmony.

Alvarez claims he quickly arrived at the scene and saw Murray performing one-handed chest compressions on Michael Jackson, who was still in the bed.

According to Alvarez, Murray immediately asked him to pack up several vials and an IV bag - one that contained a vial with a "milky white substance."

Murray THEN asked Alvarez to call 911, at which point the dispatcher ordered him to move the singer from the bed to the floor in order to perform CPR.

According to Alvarez, paramedics arrived soon after. He was grilled on the timeline of these key events by Murray's lawyer, but he remained steadfast.

Murray's defense hinges on the theory that Michael Jackson killed himself with a lethal dose of Propofol while the physician was (briefly) out of the room.

They have to try something. Your take? Dr. Conrad Murray is ...
