0bama way to "create jobs" is extending unemployment , spending even tho it did not work last time, and "tax cuts" he said he gave tax cuts in his bail out plan. And this BS job plan will be paid for with tax hiked on the people who make 80% the jobs in the county. So this plan sucks it will make the economy worse just like the bail out plan did.
