Britney Spears Under the Gun For Heist Video
Britney Spears' armed robbery-themed video for "Criminal" in Stoke Newington, England, is under fire from the London borough constituency's government.
At issue? The gun-toting video shoot's lawlessness and weapon-wielding.
In the video, Spears and boyfriend Jason Trawick portray two hoodlums who rob a store at gunpoint, then make a break for it, fleeing in ski masks with duffel bags.
In the wake of the massive riots that shook London earlier in the year, representatives want an apology from the pop star, and even a charitable donation.
"I think that she should apologize and make a sizeable donation to a Hackney charity that deals with young people" Councillor Ian Rathbone said of Spears.
The Council said in a statement, "In this case we did not agree that a replica gun could be used at Stoke Newington Town Hall and we are disappointed."
"We will be raising this matter with the production company."
First of all, it's fictional and pretty harmless. Second, are they surprised? The song's first verse includes the lyric, "He's a sucker with a gun, gun, gun."
Amazingly, no such complains have been lodged regarding her recent tour, which is more strip club/VIP champagne room scene than concert. Just saying:

Dont you people think your being a little stupid. First know body new there would be riots in London. And secondly this video was written before any of this happened. So there is no means of her trying to cause and issue for something that was not and issue when its was written. This is just another way for people to suck money out of someone. Secondly i think the people need to stop looking at her and start looking at their own people? Find out why they were stupid to cause a riot in the first place. And i don't think a video of a half naked woman is going to cause a riot unless she is walking down the street. Get some brains people.

Listen I highly doubt she meant anything by it. I think they are wanting to screw her over. I mean read that article it sounds really fishy to begin with. To Lara: Suppose these riots happened in your neighbourhood areas, your family would be injured or robbed and a certain singer would shot a similar clip, several months after the event with people trashing about with guns and pistols, wouldn't you be singing a different tune?

Obviously Britney has an innocent side because she has that blank innocent face. It's a good idea for her to explore her innocent side because I have seen Britney spreads her butt and vagina so many times that I am beginning to get numb.
