i live in the south and i have friends who cook very rich foods like she does. I do sometimes,but only for special events. But none of us eat such decadent stuff all the time.its like fast food:its okay once and awhile but if your stupid enough to eat it everyday,then of course your gonna keel over.
I don't eat Paula's cooking but she is a kind and gernous person.
Anthony Boring is a snob and the only people who watch him are just ordinary people dreaming of being something they are not. In the industry, NO ONE wants to work with him because he is known as a snot, unpredictable, and just plain nasty to deal with.
