Lauryn Hill Defends Rohan Marley, Implies Presence of New Babby Daddy

Lauryn Hill just gave birth to her sixth child, but the blessing has been marred by Internet chatter. Many have been wondering why Rohan Marley, the father of Hill's previous five children, has not been in the picture.

In response, the singer posted the following message on her website today:

"[Rohan and I] have had long periods of separation over the years but our 5 children together remain a joy to both of us... Mr. Marley did not abandon me while pregnant with his child... Thank you for your concern and I appreciate all of the well-wishes regarding the birth of my new son."

Marley, meanwhile, Tweeted: "People would rather listen to gossip than hear from the actual individuals. Some people just don't want the truth.

The truth seems to be that Hill has given birth to another man's baby, but all is well and who are we to judge? Congrats to the artist!
