yes we all understand her guilt but the reason is there is not 1 ounce of evidence the she killed her,she should have been found guilty of neglect and child endagerment,and accessory to the cover up of her death,she will live the rest of her life with this and the hatered people give her and she will be judged but that is by god and not mankind

In my offence I think Casey should have to spend the rest of her life in jail. Why open your legs, and have a child if you can not take care of it, or do not want it. Adopt it out to a family who wants a child to love and care for. People of the same sex can not express their love by marrage, but yet you can kill a poor child and get away with it. Welcome to freaking America. I say Casey is a worthless mother, and that judge is heartless. If she did not do it, then why would the smell of a dead body be in her trunk, why would she have lied, and why would she have done all the other things she did. That poor baby needs justice.

I wasn't sure who this was b/c I don't watch all that much tv, but when I googled her to find out what she had done, that was a big mistake and a sick one at that!!! What kind of mother can actually not report her child missing, especially after 31 days? I know you can't report a child missing until it has been 24-48 hours but come on people...if her dad was a cop in the past, he should have known what to do!! People like this make me sick, there are people in this world who CANNOT have kids and then are the people who get pregnant just like that and then they don't want them at all. If Casey didn't want her child, all she had to do was give her up for adoption and I am sure Caylee would have found a home. She was an adorable, innocent child. I do believe in karma and what goes around comes around, and when it is Casey's time, she will get what's coming to her!!! Sadly, until then, we just have to sit it out.

AND THIS IS OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM!! ONLY IN AMERICA CAN MURDERERS AND RAPISTS WALK FREE! any other country and they would've killed her without evidence.
