It is a life style change for most to be at their ideal wgieht. I have to work at maintaining my wgieht by getting exercise and not pigging out on junk food. The weekend is by far the hardest with gatherings with friends and family, I tend to eat a less wholesome meal and intake more alcohol than I would typically on a work night. I try to make up for that during the week eating balanced meals at home, getting lots of rest and exercising.

God, the nominees repeat So much it makes me sick. I personally think Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder of TVD were done a huge injustice. What a snub...just because their show airs on the CW. Good god. If those who nominated people had watched a single episode of TVD, they would realize their mistake. But alas, ridiculous television politics win again. How disappointing.

    Yay@Martha Plimpton (Raising Hope) nomination.
The Good Wife, SVU, Modern Family, Big Bang Theory actor/actress nods are all well deserved.
