Tracy Morgan Apologizes for Anti-Gay Comedy Routine
Tracy Morgan is sorry.
The comedian came under fire today when word got out about a set in Nashville last Friday that included a mean-spirited diatribe against gay people. It was both insulting and not remotely funny.
"I want to apologize to my fans and the gay and lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville," Morgan said, under pressure to retract his statements.
Added the 30 Rock star: "While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context."

that the problem with dogs is that they don't live as long as we do. Which is so true I know you know that as well. Guess we have to love them as much as we can while they're here to clddue. Stray (who was the sick one) is a little better, and is eating again, which is always good. I do wish they could talk though!Glad you're feeling back on your path again!

Lest we forget Laramie Wyoming October 7th 1998 or Matthew Shepard; had I been in the comedy club I would have removed myself along with my money! One can only hope that Mr. Morgan’s comedy act will not serve to trivialize the hatred that so many still feel towards these folks! It’s hard to live in fear for your life because of your difference. It was not that long ago that people of color were hung; or being Jewish could cost you your life! Remember ladies there was a day you could not vote! Discrimination is the one thing we should not tolerate!

You have Kobe Bryant shouting out the word Faggot...then again with the jets guy and David Tyree speaking out against Gay Marriage...and of course you have Tracey Morgan being downright hateful against gays and there are no ramifications. Tracy Morgan is Not a true comedian, he is someone who just tries to be funny,and it does Not always work. Tracy should take a rest and concentrate on how blessed he was to have been able to receive a (successful) kidney transplant last December. Instead of gay bashing and finding things wrong with other people, maybe Now is the time for him to look inward and constantly monitor his diagnosis for diabetes and count his many blessings, and consider reaching out to others who are having a trying time with their health issues. He is overrated as a so-called comedian!!

We can say what ever we want, and the flipside is if we don't like what is said, then we don't have to listen to it (support his career). if you want a dick in your ass or vise versa and want to be accepted, then you should be able to accept others points of view as well. I don't accept his appology because i don't see what he did as wrong.
