Rock Ross Sued Over Dog Mauling

A lawsuit has been filed against the rapper following the death of a three-year old Yorkshire Terrier named Banks. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the canine suffered "3 large bite wounds on his back," along with a "very large bite wound" around his neck, all at the paws of Ross' pitbulls, which escaped from his home in April.
The owner of Banks was forced to euthanize the pet as a result of the attack.
Investigators cited Ross for the incident, but the lack of an apology from the artist has irked the owner to the point where she's demanding he pay over $15,000 in damages and court costs.
Let's hope the court also makes him put a shirt on. Yeeesh!

@Abby and Delanie Lol he's a rapper. Really huge in the hip hop conmunity. Google him. You'll find tons. He's not my cup of tea but he makes good music. Mostly black people like me know him. O and its not his fault his dogs got out. 15000 is way too much to ask for a dog. Really. Feel bad for it but just move on.
