Paul McDonald: Psyched to Marry Nikki Reed!
Paul McDonald didn't win a recording contract on American Idol, but the experience did earn him a fiancee.
In an interview with People, the aspiring singer confirmed that he and Twilight star Nikki Reed are engaged. The couple met when this season's Idol finalists attended the premiere of Red Riding Hood.
"I'm getting married – yes – to the lovely Nikki Reed. That's been really exciting," McDonald says. "I'm really pumped up about that. She's an amazing lady, and I'm very lucky to be hanging out with her."
It's been a whirlwind romance, but no wedding date has been set yet. No truth to the rumor, either, that Paul popped the question just to guarantee himself a spot at the Breaking Dawn opening.

"I'm very lucky to be hanging out with her." hahahahahaha I can't stop laughing.. the most immature statement I have ever read of someone talking about a future wife.. I give it a year tops.. all for the minute of fame. JOKE of a relationship. I guess she is hungry for publicity like so many of these fickle actresses and so is he.
