Things appear to be heating up between Jennifer Aniston and her new man, Justin Theroux. Yes, apparently we're serious. They've been dating for a few weeks!

Rumors of Theroux dating Aniston first surfaced two weeks ago, but were quickly dismissed, as no one had heard of him, and every guy is linked to Jennifer.

Now, however, People reports that they are very much an item.

Loneliness

Justin is making Jen a little less lonely lately.

On May 27, Jennifer threw a small get-together for close friends, including Chelsea Handler and Courteney Cox, to introduce them to Justin Theroux.

"They all had a great time and enjoyed Justin's company," a source says.

The new couple – who became friendly on the set of Wanderlust – are "doing great ... he’s edgier than the guys Jen usually dates. She really likes him!”

Jessica and Ashlee will serve as co-creative directors for the line.

”Creating a tween apparel collection was a natural extension for the brand,” Jessica tells WWD. “I’m excited to bring my sister, Ashlee, along as co-creative director because she brings a savvy rocker edge that defines today’s tweens.”

This marks the first ever use of "Ashlee" and "savvy" in the same sentence.

“My goal as co-creative director will be to design clothes that will help inspire young girls to express their personalities and creativity through fashion,” adds Ash, who recently announced she is divorcing Pete Wentz.

Dr. Michael Kamrava will lose his license to practice medicine for one reason and one reason alone. He created the child-rearing mess that is Octomom.

California yanked the medical license of the Beverly Hills fertility doctor who implanted 12 embryos into "Octomom" Nadya Suleman three years ago.

Effective July 1, the state's Medical Board will take away his right to practice forever, a more severe punishment than the doc's expected five-year ban.

Kamrava, a fertility doctor, sure did his job well.

At a hearing last year, Kamrava apologized for implanting the embryos into Nadya Suleman without ordering that she be given a mental health evaluation.

The board ruled Kamrava "did not exercise sound judgment" in treating Suleman, then 33, unemployed and with six kids already, and other patients.

The board found that Kamrava "committed gross negligence, repeated negligent acts, and incompetence" in his treatment of Octomom and two others.

Kamrava's attorneys had argued that Suleman could have ended the pregnancy, and that the backlash against her made him look guilty by association.

Officials were unmoved by that assertion.

The bidding war to obtain J. Lo's private honeymoon tape is underway after a judge gave her first husband, Ojani Noa, the green light to make the sale.

Some big porn studios are out to snag the Jennifer Lopez sex tape from all the way back back in 1997. The tape features spanking, booty, and so on.

J. Lo Picture

Red Light District, YouPorn (dot) com, and PornHub (dot) com are all trying to top each other, with bids currently hovering in the $40,000 range!!!!!!!

Kinda low, we know. But there's no real sex, so ...

1 OF 3: Before Cris Judd and Marc Anthony, there was ... Ojani Noa.

J. Lo tried to block Ojani Noa from releasing the tape, but last week, an L.A. judge ruled the American Idol judge had no legal case for that maneuver.

No deal has been struck, so your PG-13 imagination is as good as ours for now. On a side note, can you believe J. Lo married this Ojani Noa dude?

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller can't agree on much. But, for the sake of their children, the troubled former couple has reportedly settled on a custody arrangement.

Sources tell TMZ that lawyers for both sides met in court today and agreed that Sheen and Mueller would share legal and physical custody of their (poor) twins, Bob and Max. The parents just need to sign the papers now to make it final.

In news that is, unfortunately, equally exciting for Mueller, you can look for her tonight on the premiere of Paris Hilton's reality show, The World According to Paris. We wish we were making that up.

It's depressing but true: millions of people will be tuning in for the June 12 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

But just to make sure the family is foremost on the minds of Internet users everywhere, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and kompany have released a viral video they made on vacation.

In it, every member of the Kardashian and Jenner clan jumps in to lip sync a snippet of Katy Perry's "ET." For what reason? Don't ask. Just be glad Kim isn't using her actual singing voice...

Shaquille O'Neal is retiring from basketball.

After 19 years in the NBA, the Diesel made the announcement on a video he posted through his Twitter page. The ginormous center said the following:

"We did it. Nineteen years baby. I want to thank you very much, that's why I'm telling you first, I'm about to retire. Thank you, talk to you soon."

Shaq won three titles with the Lakers and another with the Heat. He began his career with the Magic and also played with the Cavs, Suns and Celtics.

His sense of humor and personality have become as gregarious as O'Neal's physical presence, earning him legions of fans on Twitter and beyond.

O'Neal retires with the highest field goal percentage all-time, the seventh-most points, a lot of missed free throws and one computer hacking scandal.

The Parents Television Council is at it again.

This time, the group is going after Rihanna, thanks to the "cold, calculated execution of murder" depicted in the singer's new music video for "Man Down."

Outraged over RiRi suggesting "that gunning down a rapist in a crowded train station is a proper form of justice," the PTC wants this video pulled:

The council says, "If Chris Brown shot a woman in his new video and BET premiered it, the world would stop. Rihanna should not get a pass ..."

Rihanna's Tweet that the video conveys "a very strong underlying message 4 girls like me" is also at the root of the group's objections.

The council's venom is also directed at BET for airing the video. What do you think? Is the PTC going too far - or did Rihanna and BET?

Sarah Palin is busy eating pizza with Donald Trump and fueling rumors of a possible presidential run as she embarks on a bus tour across the eastern U.S.

Among the many people questioning her motives is Stephen Colbert, who questioned last night on The Colbert Report, “Why is this happening!?”

According to Sarah’s website, which Stephen pointed out, the former governor of Alaska is promoting “the fundamental restoration of America.”

Sarah commented that even her youngest daughter, Piper, has been filled with the spirit of their journey, in particular with the work of our first president, George Washington, who worked “so hard to keep his farm running.”

“It’s true,” Colbert agreed. “I cannot imagine how hard he worked with no help other than his African volunteers.” Watch Stephen's full tirade:
