Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald: Engaged!
The Twilight Saga may have won huge at last night's MTV Movie Awards, but Nikki Reed was a winner long before she joined her castmates on stage to accept the trophy for Best Movie.
On the red carpet of the ceremony, Reed flashed an engagement ring at E! News Marc Malkin and said of her boyfriend: "He's the one."
That boyfriend - nay, fiance! - of course is American Idol finalist Paul McDonald. The pair only met in March, but, hey, who true love knows no time frame.
Congratulations to the first ever Twilight/Idol couple! We wish them a lifetime of happiness.

I'll be SHOCKED if that plays out to a happily ever after ending. But hey.. my hub and I were only dating 6 weeks when we got married.. and still together 43 yrs later. But then... we're not in Hollywood.. =)
