Either Khloe thinks the world is gullible or she is just plain gullible. It's not rocket science that when you (or anyone else for that matter) wears an extremely sheer top without a bra, something is bound to show through but when she then says she has an obsession with nipples, to me, this was just another tacky way of getting "more" out of the interview than intended and indeed she has succeeded by doing just that.
