Justin Bieber Meets with Daughter of 9/11 Victim

Justin Bieber makes the dreams of female admirers come true simply by walking down the street in their presence.

But the teenage icon went out of his way to grant the wish of one special fan last week, and he had President Obama's help in doing it.

As previously explained, Payton Wall is a 14-year old girl who lost her father in the World Trade Center attacks on 9/11/01. She met Obama at a wreath-laying ceremony at Ground Zero in May, expressed her desire to meet Bieber and was shocked when the Commander-in-Chief replied:

"I know Justin. Maybe I could set something up."

Fast forward to June 23.

Prior to a riot practically breaking out during an autograph session/fragrance promotion at Macy's in New York, Wall, her sister and her best friend met privately with Bieber.

"It was so cool. I couldn't even believe it," Payton told The New York Post. "He was asking us about the perfume and if we were wearing it."

The girls carried a life-size cardboard cutout of Obama into the meeting and posed for a photo with Justin. They admitted they were more nervous to meet Bieber than they were to meet the President.

It's hard to blame them. The artist has had a better year.
