Anthony Weiner on Tweeted Crotch Shot: Could Be Me

Anthony Weiner insists that his Twitter account was hacked last week and he never sent a picture of his crotch to a 21-year old follower.

Does that mean the photo is not of his manly region?

"I can’t say with certitude," Weiner told Luke Russert of NBC News, adding: “My system was hacked, pictures can be manipulated, dropped in and inserted. One reason I asked a firm to look at what the heck happened here... is to see maybe something was manipulated, maybe something was dropped in.”

Constantly referring to the release - and then immediate deletion - of this crotch shot as a "prank," Weiner has hired a private security firm to look into the issue.
