An Oscar nominee has landed a pivotal supporting role in The Hunger Games.

Stanley Tucci (The Devil Wears Prada, Burlesque, Easy A) will come on board the beloved trilogy as Caesar Flickerman, the host of the title event and the man responsible for interviewing Katniss, Peeta and company in front of the viewing audience.

A relatively harmless character in the grand scheme of the Capitol, Flickerman is a flamboyant individual, making Tucci the ideal fit. He joins Wes Bentley as the two actors most recently named to the cast.

We'll still awaiting word on two of the most vital roles of all: President Snow and Haymitch.

Stanley always add his magic to any film that he is in. Who could forget him opposite Bridget Fonda in "It could happen to you". The
two of them had broken up, and the minute that he found out that she was worth millions, he showed up in her apartment eating a can of peanuts. He was irritating and comical at the same time. Lately he has been seen on HBO in this movie called "The Lovely Bones" in which he plays a serial killer, this movie is "very dark" but yet he is so believable as this quiet person who could so easily commit these crimes, while quietly living in his neighborhood undetected. Lots of praise for this wonderful actor!
