They have already been named, for over a year now we fans have been calling them NIAN and yes they make the best couple EVER. Perfection.

When I first found out Ian was taken I was heartbroken. Yet, I won't deny it, they make a very cute couple. Surprisingly the third season will have more Elena and Damon scenes... yay!
