Rather Common than Palin in the White House......this would be news to Fox......

Palin is doing what all effective Republican pols do: blow the dog whistle and speak in code. It's a way to insinuate to the basest of their base that African-American culture is inferior to Caucasian culture. Nothing more nothing less.
