This story just keeps unraveling to where it's crossed WAY beyond the line and where the words,"I'm sorry I hurt you" won't fix anything. I am shocked and disgusted!
What is it can NO man leave it in their pants? Seriously! & for the woman that STAY with cheaters,he will cheat again!!No cheater deserves a SECOND chance!!

Sad and seedy story.....seems as though no one, no matter how famous or rich, is above making VERY bad decisions......and no matter how much time goes by, these kinds of mistakes come back to bite ya'......nobody wins in this kind of situation.....too bad.

I think it is irresponsible to show a pic of the kid. Other site have been blurring his face. He is a minor and, like Maria, an innocent victim in this mess.

to @david, said the person who comments on a gossip site lol but i somewhat agree with u, this kind of story should be respected and kept in private between husband and wife.
Who cares about this if they weren't celebraties we would have never heard about! Let the man and his family be alone. This is whats wrong with this country(the damn media) I am more intersted in our terrible economy that Hollywood gossip!

Her real name is Mildred Patricia Peña, Baena is her married name.
She is from Guatemala, was she a legal resident allowed to work? Did she declare to the IRS the "bonus"she was getting from Arnold, I mean the money.
The insult of having sex in his home where the mother of his children and children live is a slap and abuse.
There is no excuse for this 2, I can see that a maid with no skills and education had to sell herself to an old man and to have a child is money for life.
Mildred is ugly and rough, she looks like Arnold.
