And the Celebrity Apprentice Winner Is...

by at .

Donald Trump made what he labeled his "toughest decision" ever last night. Did it involve running for President?

Of course not. He'd easily have won that, he simply chose not to bother.

Instead, the reality star had to choose between Marlee Matlin and John Rich, as only one could be crowned winner of Celebrity Apprentice 2011. So, who did he select?

Rich. The country star, who Trump considered the best "leader," walked away with a $250,000 prize for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He said upon winning:

"Today has been an unbelievable day! I got Trump to put on a Stetson hat on national television and now I get to drive down to Memphis with a $250,000 check for St. Jude Children's Hospital. This entire experience has been for the kids and I'm so excited to raise money for this cause and help save lives."

I'm glad John won. I thought he did a phenomenal job myself. I don't think it had anything to do with gender. He displayed more organizational skills, performance under pressure and class. Marlee is a hard act to compete against anywhere, anytime. It was an extremely hard decision to make with a nearly equal match.

Marlee's charity needs funding. I hope people will support it and send money. Marlee would have won had it been her with St Jude. That's what got it for John. Marlee, went circles around him. He really "worked it." --- taking a hat to Mr. Trump, taking money during a contest they were not suppose to bother with since they'd already been working the money area. He was a PLAYER as we girls call it. Don't you think it's a man's game?
