I ttlaoly agree with you. James was the best performer in this competition and he deserved to win, he really did. He has a breathtaking voice. I am also not a country fan so Im now hoping Haley wins. Scotty has an old style country voice and Lauren has a great voice too but yes, they are too boring to watch. Im gonna miss James but at least we know this wasnt the last time we’ll see him. He’s definitely gonna have a big career in the music industry so we should all be looking forward to hearing more music by James Durbin =)

ok everyone is rude, they are all good, just happons James is my favorite. they all have something special to bring to music, I just believe James got the voice of many talents...he can sing almost anything and he got the talent to do so and he hits the notes. their not perfect...are you? so instead of all you people being so damn rude, ya all need to check urself. these are kids searching for a dream and you all are putting em down. wake up america. these are americas children and people got bad rude comments. COME ON NOW. I cant believe how many people are putting him down....when hes #1 and wins, right back atcha ya all..but i am routing for James cause i believe he got what it takes 100 %. although they all have talent. realize these kids and their familys read this stuff....put youre self in their shoes...need positive not negitive comments..

James Durbin is just an Amazing singer, If anyone says anything negative about him, I know for a fact they are crazy. Than again I sure they can't even try to sound like him in the first place.

James Durbin is out of tune everytime he tries to sing high notes. It is really unpleasant to listen to. He needs to quit trying to copy Adam Lambert, because it does not work for him at all. He has been out of tune everytime he tries to scream like that. I thought he should have been booted off the show during Hollywood week. He has no original ideas either. I didn't like him from the beginning, because he also cries every chance he gets, just trying to get sympathy. When he isn't crying, he is bragging and being cocky. He is just a big phony. If he does ever have any success, it will not last long.

@Matt hahah I'm not American but I think James' performance was not just about the props. He was really good. That's coming from someone who lives in a country that has spawned some of the sickest belters (albeit not known internationally save for one). Sicker than Pia even.. You can look up these artists from the PHL: Regine Velasquez, Charice Pempengco, Sarah Geronimo, Rachel Ann Go, La Diva. That list is not exhaustive btw. The point is I know good when I hear good and James was good.

People like Judy obviously need to clean their ears. How was that performance NOT hitting the high notes? *shakes head* James' transition from high to low was impeccable and if you can't hear that, you're the one who needs training.

@Slinky Are you deaf and can you even sing? Would love to hear you sing so we'll know if you're even qualified to say words like "pitchy". I can sing and I know what good singing is and THAT was good singing. I was not even a James Durbin fan until last night. Listen to the song with your eyes closed; maybe you can hear better.

This is just sad. Good thing he had all those flashy props and show tricks to elude all his awful, tasteless, karaoke-esque singing. Although, those tricks don't work on intelligent humans. Just most Americans.

I thinks of all d singers James Durban is d best, the other singer are very boring only james who makes the show alive. I hope people will vote to him.
