it is not right that she is treated differently because she is a celebrity she should face the same consequences as every one else who commits the same crime real-wishes dot com where even impossible wishes become reality

Lindsay is just another misguided and possibly mentally ill youth who should be sentenced to pychological treatment (for a long time) and fined in order to pay for the same for those who can not afford it.

I find it a shame that "WHO" committs the crime DETERMINES what "SENTENCE" is given or even if they get "CHARGED".

So, Lindsay Lohan will plead no contest to the misdemeanor theft charge she faces over that " alleged necklace theft " ???? So what's next ?? .... " Alleged Charges " of " road-rage-like " behavior at drug rehab facilities ??? " Alleged Charges " of robbery at another jewelry store ?? " Alleged Charges " of Vehicle Homicide due to drunk drinking or being under the influence of drugs ?? Or ..... " Alleged Charges " of murder for running over a child in a cross walk while drunk out of her mind ? Where or WHEN will the " legal authorities " EVER draw a line and rid the world of this " Alleged " worthless piece of human debris ??
