Since when is a person sentenced for a crime (violating probation) allowed to bail out and walk free pending appeal? I always thought once you were sentenced any appeals take place while you are serving that sentence. Either the system works diffrently for Lohan than for others or CA has some really strange guidlines for this kind of thing.

If this was a regular person who didn't have money and celeb. Status they would get the max penalty. This is bull crap.She should get what every person gets not this light sentence!!!
