Steve Harvey and Wife to Take Mary Harvey, Wild Accusations to Court
by Hilton Hater at .Likely prompted by his ex-wife comparing him to a rapist, Steve Harvey will no longer let Mary Harvey's accusations go unchallenged.
The comedian's former partner has been ranting on YouTube and on talk shows about how Steve cheated on her with current wife Marjorie (pictured); left her broke; and denied her access to the couple's son, Wynton.
Stating a need to "report the truth," Steve has been granted the removal of a gag order on his and Mary's 2005 divorce proceedings. The documents reveal the following, as a court has ordered Mary to shut her mouth about her ex:
- Steve paid Mary Harvey $40,000 per month until March 2009.
- He then paid her lump sum of $1.5 million.
- He transferred three houses over to Mary as part of the settlement.
- Regarding Wynton, the system has given Steve "primary custody" of the child, "whom Mary Harvey willingly put on an airplane to his father," according to the statement.
Marjorie Harvey, meanwhile, plans to sue Mary Harvey for defamation of character.
"As a wife and a mother, I cannot stand back and allow the defamation of my character or actions that will malign my family," Marjorie says. "I will do what I need to do to the greatest extent of the law."On his radio show yesterday, Steve expressed disappointment in how Mary has handled this situation:
"The part that's hurtful in this is my wife and children had to be [dragged] into this. If you're going to be vindictive go ahead and aim it at me, but my son is coming in the room crying and that's also her son, so why would you do this?"

We don't know what was said or done during Steve and Mary's marriage, I suggest we all just mind our business and keep them all lifted up in prayer especially the children. At this point the children are the one's who will suffer the most. $40K per month and then an additional $1.5 million, all i can say is WOW........I sure hope Mary Harvey knows how to budget her money. To Steve-continue to be happy, strive to do God's will and pray without ceasing. To Mary-I understand he hurt you, but be a strong black women and move on, it just wasnt meant to be.
Naysayer you said it perfectly and we who are intelligent all know it is more than true. The woman in the photograph above is a homewrecker. She has a lot of nerve. She is not showing any compassion at all for the previous Mrs. Harvey whom she contributed to the breakdown of that marriage. I will pray for Mary to perserver and hope she can move forward in her life. Bravo! Mary Bravo!
