Jenelle already forfeited legal custody of Jace to Barbara prior to this classy mother-daughter screaming match, likely not the first or last of its kind.

"Where the hell you been, Jenelle?" Barbara yelled. "Look at your damn neck! All of the hickeys all over your friggin’ neck!" Nice work, Kieffer Delp.

Awkwardly, Barbara then turned to her scarred-for-life baby grandson and said, "Your mother's a bad girl ... bad, bad, bad." Yup ... pretty much.

Jenelle's reply: "I'm tired, I have a headache, I feel like I'm going to throw up!"

Might a tabloid have gotten it right for once?

Late last year, reports surfaced that said Halle Berry had a major problem with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry dating Kim Kardashian, especially considering how the two weren't shy about appearing in public together.

Now - as Berry and Aubry exchange insults and prepare to battle for custody of daughter Nahla - a source tells People that Gabriel's fling with Kardashian really was an issue for the Oscar winner.

"Halle was upset at the idea of someone like that being in her daughter's life," the insider said of Kardashian. "She was very aggravated... She just didn't want Nahla exposed to the cameras that are undoubtedly around a reality star."

Slash's wife, Perla Hudson (also known as Perla Ferrar) has been accused of kicking a woman in the stomach at an Ozzy Osbourne concert in L.A. this week.

Slash and spouse were hanging out backstage after Slash performed at the concert when Perla saw him talking to the woman and flipped the f%*k out.

May explain the marital troubles of Slash and Perla Hudson of late.

Perla approached the two and kicked the other woman in the stomach. The alleged victim refused medical attention, but contacted police and filed a report.

Law enforcement sources say the matter is currently being investigated. So far, no charges have been filed. The couple separated last year but reconciled.

Elton John wants Billy Joel to make like Charlie Sheen. Sort of.

In the latest issue of Rolling Stone, John talks at length about his fellow music icon, who has battled alcohol dependency for years.

"Billy's a conundrum," Elton says. "We've had so many cancelled tours because of illnesses and various other things, alcoholism."

But hasn't Joel sought help for substance abuse issues in the past? Yes, John says, but not the right kind of help:

"He's going to hate me for this, but every time he goes to rehab they've been light. When I went to rehab, I had to clean the floors. He goes to rehab where they have TVs. I love you, Billy, and this is tough love. You have your demons and you're not going to get rid of them at rehab light. You've got to be serious. People adore you, they love you and respect you. You should be able to do something better than what you're doing now."

Joel doesn't seem too fazed by Elton's remarks. He responds:

Things are about to get rather awkward in the Kardashian household.

It's all due to a shocking, 100% true and valid confession that Scott Disick makes in the latest edition of In Touch Weekly: he's in love with Kim Kardashian.

This is apparently more newsworthy than the other big story of the week: Brad Pitt is still seeing Jennifer Aniston. Naked, we presume. Wow...

In response to this story - clearly not printed with the full permission of the Kardashians in exchange for a bundle of cash - Kim Tweeted a photo of the magazine, along with the message:

OMG @ScottDisick I had no idea u felt this way! @KourtneyKardash we need to talk.

There you have it, folks. Verified by Kim herself. Might a threeway sex tape be far behind?

Following weeks of speculations, unnamed source reporting and various Glee spoilers, we can finally confirm: yes, this Fox hit will cover a couple Justin Bieber songs.

Accused of grand theft by the owner of Kamofie & Company, from which she allegedly stole expensive jewelry, she's likely to argue that they let her take it.

Don't ask us why she would need to take a necklace "on loan" rather than just paying for it, but the surveillance footage has no audio to disprove this theory.

VENICE BANDIT: Can Lindsay Lohan weasel out of this one?

In addition to the lack of audio, which makes it a case of her word against the store's, Lindsay has two other factors going for her if she does go this route.

One, the jeweler knew where she lived and how to get in touch with her, yet never contacted her about getting the necklace back before telling the police.

Two, while you can't apply logic to anything related to Lindsay Lohan, wearing a stolen item knowing she'd be photographed is almost beyond belief.

While some celebrity gossip publications labeled him "Brandi's new beau" after taking pics of them leaving lunch at Il Pastaio, Brandi LOL'd off that rumor.

"He's my gay best friend! I've known him for 16 years. We modeled together back in Milan and Paris and London back in the day," she tells E! News.

You may see Cedric at Brandi's place in the future, but not because they're hooking up or he's moving in with her like he did with Lisa VanderPump.

Brandi hired him to babysit for her sons. "They boys love him," she tells E! News. "He's going to be my manny two days a week. He's a great guy."
