The mother of Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester, who has led an interesting life (she gave birth to Leighton while in prison), is making headlines again.
This time, the ex-drug trafficker is accused of threatening the star’s former friend Laurel Wiig. A restraining order against Meester’s mom was issued.
Leighton’s mother and manager, Constance, is said to have threatened to “f**k up” and “hunt down and kill” Wiig. It’s very much unclear why.
“She is an addict and had made a threat to kill,” Wiig described.
A judge ordered Constance to stay 100 yards away from Wiig.
Meester, who can currently be seen in The Roommate as well as Gossip Girl, said recently that she’s dealt with turmoil in life by turning to music.
Hopefully, she won’t have to deal with much more like this.
